Delta Powersports | Service Manager Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Compensation: $85,000 – $110,000 annually, DOE

Work Location: Fairbanks, Alaska Delta Powersports is looking for an experienced powersports professional to lead our Fairbanks Service Department. Fairbanks is a unique powersports market where motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmachines, and power equipment are an important part of recreation and everyday life. We want a hands-on Service Manager who understands how the pieces of a successful department fit together — technicians, advisors, customers, workflow, warranty, productivity, labor sales, gross profit, and employee development. The Role

• Lead and develop technicians, Service Advisors, and support staff.
• Manage shop workflow and technician capacity.
• Grow Service sales and gross profit.
• Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and unapplied labor.
• Manage open and aging repair orders.
• Maintain strong customer communication.
• Oversee warranty processes and OEM requirements.
• Coordinate closely with Parts and Sales.
• Review Service Department financial performance.
• Recruit and develop Service employees.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and safe shop.

Who We’re Looking For
Powersports experience is strongly preferred. We’re interested in experienced Service Managers as well as strong Assistant Service Managers, Shop Foremen, or senior Service Advisors ready to move into department leadership. Lightspeed DMS experience is preferred. You should be comfortable managing both the people side and business side of Service and understand labor sales, gross profit, productivity, efficiency, and expense control.
