At AgencyCRM, we are looking for a technically skilled **Intercom / Fin / Zendesk Expert** with hands-on experience using **Intercom, Fin, and Zendesk**. This role focuses on managing and troubleshooting customer support systems, workflows, automations, and AI-powered support processes.
**Responsibilities**
* Manage and monitor **Intercom, Fin, and Zendesk** workflows and configurations.
* Troubleshoot workflows, automations, triggers, routing, and system issues.
* Review and improve **Fin AI** responses and customer support processes.
* Configure and optimize Intercom workflows, automations, and routing.
* Manage Zendesk ticketing workflows, triggers, automations, macros, and views.
* Identify issues with automated support processes and determine appropriate solutions.
* Help improve the integration and workflow between **Intercom/Fin and Zendesk**.
* Monitor customer support systems and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
* Document system configurations, workflows, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
* Work with platform support teams when technical issues require escalation.
**Requirements**
* **Hands-on experience with Intercom, Fin, and Zendesk is required.**
* Experience managing or troubleshooting workflows, automations, triggers, routing, or configurations.
* Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to investigate system issues independently and identify their root cause.
* Comfortable learning new software, AI tools, and support technologies.
* **General Customer Service experience without Intercom/Zendesk experience is not sufficient for this role.**
