We#39;re looking for a motivated and outgoing Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our expanding team. This role is a great opportunity for individuals interested in gaining practical experience in event execution, marketing support, promotional campaigns, customer engagement, and brand experiences.

As an Event Assistant, you#39;ll help support the planning and execution of events that connect our clients with their target audiences. You#39;ll work alongside experienced team members to ensure events run smoothly, customers receive exceptional service, and campaign objectives are successfully achieved.

No previous event experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, coaching, and professional development to help you build confidence, strengthen your communication skills, and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, setup, and execution of marketing events, promotional activities, and community engagements
• Support event teams with daily operations and campaign-related tasks
• Interact with customers, attendees, and community members in a professional and friendly manner
• Represent client brands positively while creating memorable customer experiences
• Provide product, service, and campaign information to event participants
• Help coordinate event materials, schedules, and logistical needs
• Assist with tracking event results, customer feedback, and engagement activities
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve event performance
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
